CPR/BLS Classes



We offer a course for healthcare providers to learn how to perform CPR and Basic Life Support to be prepared for emergencies at work, in the Community, or even at home.



Our CERTIFICATION THROUGH AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION



CPR training is important. It can save your life, your children’s lives, your parents' lives, or even a stranger’s life.

Learning the basics can be empowering, and it is something you will remember throughout your lifetime. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, more commonly known as CPR, is a life-saving technique that helps maintain blood flow to the brain and heart in an emergency situation.

What to expect



Curriculum



Topics covered during the class





- CPR for adults, children, and infants.

- Includes treatments for choking, rescue breathing, etc.

- AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training

Dress code and essentials for class





  • Dress comfortably. Jeans and sneakers are recommended.
  • Please refrain from wearing dressed, skirts, low-cut shirts, high heels, and tank tops.
  • Please come prepared with a notebook and pen/pencil to class.
  • If possible, please bring a current edition of the American Heart Association BLS Book. If you do not have one, books will be available for purchase.
